Steak Marinade for Grilling

1 cup dry red wine
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lg. garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
6 lg bell peppers, cut into strips

Marinade 3-6 hours; cover and refrigerate.
